·     Satisfaction of patients: It is possible that the patients cannot connect with the doctor who treated them earlier while the second appointment for the same diagnosis. It can create dissatisfaction among the patients. Sometimes technology also becomes a barrier, not always a person can be connected to the broadband for the services and contact doctors. Lastly, nothing can replace in-person visits to the doctors, a certain population still prefer to visit the doctor in person.
